2. What data do we process?
The marketing website only processes data required to operate the website, answer questions and — with your permission — produce privacy-friendly usage statistics. If you complete a form, we process the details you enter.
3. Why do we process this data?
- to respond to your question or interest;
- to prevent misuse and technical problems;
- with consent, to understand which pages are visited, for how long and through which referral;
- to count outgoing links and improve the website.
4. Statistics without Google Analytics
LoveMyLove uses its own simple measurement system. A random browser code distinguishes visits without including your name or email address. We record the page, time, general source, approximate location based on the network address and outgoing links used. The full IP address is not retained in the statistics overview. Measurement starts only after consent.
5. Retention and sharing
Form data is retained for as long as necessary for contact and possible cooperation. Detailed statistics are retained for a limited period; monthly totals may be retained longer for long-term insights. We do not sell personal data.
6. The LoveMyLove app
Personal app content remains on your own device by default. If you enable synchronisation, an encrypted vault is stored. LoveMyLove does not store your recovery phrase and cannot decrypt the vault using server data alone. AI features temporarily process your question and relevant context to produce an answer.
7. Your rights
You may request access, correction, deletion, restriction or transfer of personal data and withdraw consent. Use the contact form. You may also complain to the Dutch Data Protection Authority.
