LoveMyLove is a service of Coers Mediation & Relatiecoaching, Bonenkruidstraat 5, 1313 DG Almere, Netherlands Chamber of Commerce 55528724.
1. What does LoveMyLove provide?
LoveMyLove supports relationships and family life through AI conversation support, reflections, exercises, knowledge, calendar, journal, communication, financial and inspiration features. It is a tool and not a replacement for medical, psychological, legal, financial or other professional help.
2. Account and use
An account is personal. You provide correct details, choose a secure password and keep your password and recovery phrase confidential. Partners and family members each use their own protected account. Unlawful use, harassment, misuse, spam and unauthorised access are prohibited.
3. Test phase, trial and price
LoveMyLove is completely free during the current test phase. Afterwards, a 14-day free trial may be offered; meaningful use can earn a one-off additional 14 days. The intended subscription price is €149 including VAT per year. Users will be informed before paid use starts. Test participation does not automatically become a paid subscription.
4. Payment, renewal and cancellation
A paid subscription is subject to the price displayed before purchase. Its duration, renewal and cancellation method will be clearly stated. Statutory consumer rights remain applicable.
5. Privacy, synchronisation and AI
Personal content remains on your device by default. Automatic synchronisation is a separate choice and stores an encrypted vault. LoveMyLove does not know the recovery phrase. AI features temporarily process the question and relevant context to produce an answer. You decide what to share.
6. Guidance and safety
AI answers may be incomplete, incorrect or unsuitable. You remain responsible for decisions and actions. LoveMyLove is not an emergency or crisis service. In immediate danger or a medical emergency, contact the appropriate emergency service.
7. Availability and changes
We make reasonable efforts to keep the service secure and available. Maintenance, outages and changes may occur. Essential adverse changes to a paid subscription will be announced in advance.
8. Intellectual property and liability
Software, design, texts, articles and exercises are protected. Personal use is permitted; commercial reuse requires written permission. Liability is limited to the extent permitted by law.
